2025

2025 Convention

Our theme for Worldwide 2025 is GO TELL IT - a clear and compelling command rooted firmly in Scripture.

In choosing this imperative, we pray it will provoke a response and act as a call to action for all who encounter it. The world still needs to hear the Good News of Jesus. While our Convention speakers will share encouraging stories of progress from across the mission field, the truth remains: The fields are white… but the labourers are few.

We invite you to join us this August, ready to be inspired and stirred into action.

Programme
Highlights

This year we are making a change to our usual schedule. The main programme will begin on Saturday, 16th August, with an evening reception for missionaries, former missionaries, and supporters of the Convention.

This will be followed by an open meeting to introduce the week’s programme and speakers, with extended times of prayer woven throughout. Unless we seek God’s blessing together, we risk much activity with little lasting fruit. We warmly encourage you to come and join us as we commit the week’s events to the Lord.

The Opening Evening Meeting of the Convention will take place on Sunday, 17th August. This worship service is open to all and will feature Dr Voddie Baucham as the main speaker, alongside contributions from Stevie Walls (BES).

Bible teaching remains at the heart of the Convention. Each morning from Monday to Friday, Bible studies will be led by Joe Barnard, an American who has been serving in the UK for several years. These will be preceded by daily prayer meetings, led by members of our speakers’ panel.

Evening meetings will include first-hand accounts of mission work from a range of countries, including Zambia, Mongolia, Ukraine, Serbia, North Africa, and Uganda.

Children, Youth
& Young Adults

Our Children’s Holiday Bible Club, run by CEF, has been warmly received over the past two years, and we are delighted to welcome it back in 2025. It will run alongside the morning Bible studies, providing a rich and engaging programme for children.

There will also be dedicated gatherings for teenagers and young adults, including a tailored programme for those in their 20s and 30s.
