If you enjoy making new friends and working as a team being part of our stewarding team involves:

+ Welcoming and directing people at venue entrances and exits.
+ Assisting and organising the seating of those attending.
+ Giving out programmes and helping with collections.
+ Morning and evening sessions as much or as little as you prefer.

There are the following opportunities to serve in the catering team:

+ Convention opening reception (Serving meal)
+ Morning prayer meeting (Making & serving coffee)
+ Meal for mission agencies
+ Ladies event

If you enjoy chatting to folks and pointing them to where they can find help, we’d love to hear from you. Our information desk volunteers:

+ Provide information & leaflets about the convention.
+ Help book people into events.
+ Advise on all things Worldwide.

Our volunteers provide hospitality in a number of ways – from picking up visiting speakers from the airport to providing a place to stay!

+ Set up/set down at events.
+ Looking after visiting speakers.

Our Global Village team work with over 65 mission agencies setting up (and down) our fantastic Global Village.

During the convention they are on call to help with any issues and help visitors navigate their way.

We can always do with help distributing leaflets and posters to churches locally and further afield after the launch event in May.

Join the team which looks after babies and pre-school children during the morning programme (11:15am – 1:15pm).

Volunteers must be 18 years of age at convention week and register as soon as possible in order that appropriate checks can be carried out.

If you have experience in any aspect of audio-visual ministry and would be willing to help over convention week we’d love to hear from you.

Our team cover everything from sound desk and presentation slides to social media and web admin. And of course, are IT support to everyone!
