Joe Barnard is the pastor of Holyrood Evangelical Church in Edinburgh and the executive director of Cross Training Ministries, a discipleship ministry focused on training men in spiritual fitness.
Originally, he is from New Orleans, but most of his pastoral ministry has been in Scotland. Joe has authored books including The Way Forward: a Road Map of Spiritual Growth for Men in the 21st Century, Hymn Workouts, and Surviving the Trenches.
He is married to Anna. They have four children. When not doing ministry, Joe’s hobbies include working out, playing piano (not very well), and playing taxi driver for his kids.
